The Association of Surgeons of India – Delhi Chapter was established in 1979 to realise a long standing wish among the Indian surgeons to get together for the purpose of sharing each other’s experiences and enhancing their surgical skills.

About ASI-DSC

Delhi Chapter of ASI originated from Delhi Surgical Society in 1979 through the efforts of greats of that era namely Dr. K C Mahajan, Prof Atm Prakash, Dr. Anand Prakash, Dr T J Agarwal and Prof N C Madan.

At the time of its inception Dr. T J Agarwal was its first President and Dr. N C Madan its first Secretary.
